About the journal

The International Journal of Industrial Optimization (IJIO) is an international journal published by Universitas Ahmad Dahlan, Indonesia. This is an open-access and peer-reviewed journal which is published twice a year (2 issues/year) in February and September. The first volume of IJIO was launched in February 2020.

Aims and Scope

The Journal invites original articles and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The whole spectrums of Industrial Engineering are welcome but are not limited to Metaheuristics, Simulation, Design of Experiment, Data Mining, and Production System. Metaheuristics: Artificial Intelligence, Genetic Algorithm, Particle Swarm Optimization, etc. Simulations: Markov Chains, Queueing Theory, Discrete Event Simulation, Simulation Optimization, etc. Design of experiment: Taguchi Methods, Six Sigma, etc. Data Mining: Clustering, Classification, etc. Production Systems: Plant Layout, Production Planning, and Inventory Control, Scheduling, System Modelling, Just in Time, etc.
